Some people seem to be cleverer than others but the only sure way to use is to use the intelligence quotient test. This is the only acceptable score board world wide. There are numerous researches that have been done by scientists to determine what makes healthy brains. A person can inherit or acquire it. Two major determinants are parents and place of birth.

There are several reasons for doing the intelligence quotient test. Life analysts assure it is a great way of realizing some aspects of your child. It can show their performance in school and thus the level of education they will attain, it helps in ranging incomes and success rates.

Several reasons exist why investment in brain is of essence. Being a constituent of the body part, it does need a lot of care. Not only does it allows memorization of key information and important events, but it also reduces early aging . Moreover, it prevents loss of memory. Its related to consciousness and has been found to be the building foundation of a stable and controllable emotional system.

Brain requires physical exercise. Regular exercise allows the brain to develop a network of muscles. This boosts blood flow to the brain hence providing enough oxygen supply necessary for normal body function. This prevents frequent collapse and further problems that may arise.

Scholars say knowledge is food for the organ. Keep reading all kinds of books and materials. Try learning new things and acquiring skills and abilities in all aspects.

Doctors claim that some disorders are unavoidable. Generalized anxiety disorder is one. It is serious as studies show it affects about six percent of the entire population. Patients show signs of restlessness, anxiety, worrying, emotional instability and they do not react to situations as others do.

Foods nourish our bodies. There are several foods that increase energy levels, they also improve learning capability and avoid memory loss. Blue berries and whole grains are a great source of vitamins and minerals. They are also linked to improvement of muscle flexibility.

Omega three is found in fish. It has been named a super food as it helps in the development and performance. It boosts the immune system. Sardine and salmons are a great source. It is very useful during the early ages of a child as it helps with their performance.

Additionally, nuts such as Peanuts, Brazil nuts, Walnuts, hazelnuts and cashew nuts should also be considered. They contain essential vitamin. To keep organ in track by boosting memory and formulating brain cells, turmeric should always form part of the spice.

Consume seeds in large quantity. Of all, sesame and sunflower seeds stand out. To boost memory, pumpkin seeds which are a great source of zinc are recommended. To prevent brain shrinkage, eat red meat. Tomatoes act as strong antioxidant. Avocados are associated with increased blood flow to the brain. Always observe that virgin oil and coconut oil form part of the diet.

There are foods that need to be avoided. Stay clear of all sugars and carbohydrates. Doctors usually advise people to avoid gluten as it has negative effects. Processed grains are also bad. Alcohol and smoking leads to damage and other diseases.
